Who we are

What we collect

• Your name, your mobile number and your email address.
• Your bookings: which facility, which date, which time.
• Payment records, including the photo of a bank transfer when you send us one.
• Your hour balance, and the packages you have bought.
• The name of the staff member on any record they create.

Signing in with Google gives us your name and your email address. Nothing else.

Why we collect it

To run reservations, to confirm payments, to keep hour balances accurate, and to contact you about your booking.

We send no marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your data.

Where it lives

• On Cloudflare, which serves this site and holds the database behind signing in.
• On the club's own database, Teable, hosted in the Philippines region of a cloud provider.
• With Google, for Google sign-in.
• Confirmation emails go out through Resend.

How long we keep it

Bookings and payment records, for as long as the club has to keep financial records. A payment-proof photo is kept with the payment it proves.

You can ask us to delete your sign-in at any time.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may ask us to show you what we hold, to correct it, to erase it where the law allows that, and to object to how we use it. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Cookies, and your own device

One cookie, on greenjacket.ph, which is what keeps you signed in. Your browser also remembers your preferred bay or court, and that stays on your device. There are no advertising trackers on this site.

Changes

This is the same policy the club publishes at greenjacket.ph/privacy, which is the version of record. If any of this changes, we will post it in both places.
